腓立比書4:6~7

腓4:6~7    

應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉著禱告、祈求和感謝，將你們所要的告訴神。神所賜出人意外的平安，必在基督耶穌裡，保守你們的心懷意念。

Philippians 4:6~7   

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

我的禱告 
親愛的天父:
我知道你愛我必成就關乎我的事，我將(具體說明)掛慮交給祢。我為(具體說明)禱告，我期待(想成就的光景)，我為(具體事項)獻上感謝！謝謝 你賜出我意外的平安！在基督耶穌理保守我的心懷意念，我要不斷的操練:「一有掛慮,就立刻禱告感謝」奉主耶穌基督的名宣告  我剛所說的事，透過禱告、祈求、感謝，已交托給耶穌。奉耶穌的名釋放出人意外的平安進入我裡面！   阿們!
